Refund requests made within two weeks of course commencement may be eligible for a prorated refund, less any administrative fees. After the two-week period, no refunds will be issued, though you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Course Materials

Course materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and supplementary resources, are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share course materials with others without our written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Systematically retrieving data from the website to create a collection or database
